Logan Airport to 10 Wilson Road, Cambridge:

Follow signs for Boston via the Sumner Tunnel.
Take left lane of tunnel. Upon leaving the tunnel, follow signs for 93 N.
Stay in right lane of 93N and take the exit for Storrow Drive.
Once merged onto Storrow Drive, stay in the middle lane and continue past the Kenmore Square, Central Square, and Harvard Square exits.
After the Harvard Square exit, keep right, following signs for "Rt. 2W - Arlington." This will take you across a bridge over the Charles River.
Follow signs for Rt. 2W - Fresh Pond Parkway. You will pass through 4 stoplights and two rotaries
At the second rotary take the second exit off the rotary (after the Ground Round) onto Concord Ave. toward Belmont.
At the second traffic light, take a right onto Moulton St. Follow Moulton St. to the end and bear left onto Wilson Road.
AOA is the 3 story building at the end of the street on the right hand side. Visitor parking is located to the right of the building.
Reception is located on the 2nd floor.

Points north to Ten Wilson Road:

From 93S
Take exit for Rt. 95S/Rt. 128S.
Follow 95S/128S to exit 29A - Rt. 2E (Arlington/Cambridge).
Follow Rt. 2E approximately 6 miles.
Rt. 2E will narrow from four lanes into two. You will pass a motel and a bowling alley on your right. Continue on Rt. 2E towards Boston, you will come to a traffic light.
Proceed on Rt. 2E. Go through 3 more sets of traffic lights.
After the 3rd light you will come to a rotary - exit to the right past the Ground Round onto Concord Ave. toward Belmont.
At the second traffic light, take a right onto Moulton St. Follow Moulton St. to the end and bear left onto Wilson Road.
AOA is the 3 story building at the end of the street on the right hand side. Visitor parking is located to the right of the building.
Reception is located on the 2nd floor.

From points south and west to Ten Wilson Road:

Take Mass Pike East to Exit 14 (Rt. 95/Rt. 128)
Take exit for Rt. 95N/Rt. 128N.
Follow 95N/128N to exit 29A - Rt. 2E (Arlington/Cambridge).

To 57 Smith Place building:

Get on Route 16/ Alewife Brook Parkway going West.
Pass Alewife Station on your right.
After the 3rd light you will come to a rotary - exit to the right past the Ground Round onto Concord Ave. toward Belmont.
Go straight for a few blocks until you see a Burger King on your right.
Take the right immediately after Burger King onto Smith Place.
Go straight for a few hundred yards. There will be a sign for Adley Rd. on your left. Take the left onto Adley Road.
Chasma Scientific will be straight ahead.
Smith Place is the brick building to the right of Chasma.

From Alewife "T" Station to AOA:

AOA is a short distance (approximately 8/10 of a mile) from the Alewife"T" Station.

Exit the station towards Cambridgepark Drive. At the end of Cambridgepark Drive turn right onto Rt. 2 E, continue to the rotary where Concord Ave. joins Rt. 2.
Turn right onto Concord Ave (towards Belmont).
At the second traffic light take a right onto Moulton St.
At the end of Moulton Street turn left onto Wilson Road, Adaptive Optics will be the first three story building on the right.
Reception is located on the 2nd floor.

Shuttle Service From Alewife "T" Station to AOA:

AOA offers a shuttle service from the Alewife station during peak times of the workday.

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7AM - 9:30 AM and 4:00PM - 7:30PM (except holidays)
